These terms govern your use of this website and outline how booking, cancellation and refunds work at Grand Metro Developers. They don't replace the signed Agreement of Sale / booking form you receive when you actually book a plot — that document, not this page, is what's legally binding between you and us.
Using This Website
Information on this site — plot availability, pricing, layout details and amenities — is provided in good faith but is indicative and subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Live plot availability shown on the Navaratna Garden page reflects our records at the time you view it; we recommend confirming current status and pricing with our team before making a decision.
Booking Process
A plot is provisionally reserved once you pay a token advance and it is acknowledged by our team. This reservation is not final until a formal Agreement of Sale is signed by both parties. The token advance amount, balance payment schedule, and registration timeline are agreed in writing at the time of booking — not fixed amounts published on this site, since they can vary by plot and payment plan.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms — including any deductions, processing time, or non-refundable components of the token advance — are set out in the Agreement of Sale / booking form you sign at the time of booking, not on this website. If you're considering booking and want to understand these terms before you commit, ask our team for a copy of the current booking form; we're happy to walk you through it.
Bank Loan Facilitation
Where we mention loan facilitation (e.g. a 70% bank loan facility) or partner banks (HDFC, ICICI, PNB), this is assistance in connecting you with these banks — actual loan approval, amount, and terms are determined solely by the lending bank based on their own credit policies. We do not guarantee loan approval.
DTCP Approval & Documentation
Navaratna Garden is DTCP approved under approval number 206/2025. We provide the full document set (sale deed, mother deed, patta/chitta, encumbrance certificate, approved layout plan) for your review during document verification, before booking. We encourage you to have your own lawyer independently review these documents before you sign.
Intellectual Property
Layout plans, photographs, and written content on this site belong to Grand Metro Developers or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content rather than the signed Agreement of Sale and documents provided during booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu.
